8 TIME-SAVING TIPS FOR LASH ARTISTS

8 TIME-SAVING TIPS FOR LASH ARTISTS - Eyesy Lash

We want to see more customers, but we also want to make sure that we are offering a high-quality service. In every business, being prepared is essential. It's the equivalent of going to fight without your armor. In the battlefield, you will undoubtedly perish, since time is gold and money.

Here are some time-saving strategies that I employ to better organize myself and be more productive at work.

SCHEDULE ALL THE APPOINTMENT

To avoid wasting time slots, your client should be aware of your policies on latecomers, no shows, and other such issues.

Remember to be considerate of each other's time.

PREPARE YOUR WORK AREA

Ensure that the working environment is tidy, and that you appear and feel at ease with your client so that they can relax for a few hours.

I make sure my lash pillow, lash bed cover, and lash blanket are all clean and sterilized before using them.

Keep in mind that health is wealth.

PREPARE YOUR LASH TOOLS

Get all of the details for that session, including which lashes your client chooses, the curl, and the size required.

GET YOURSELF ORGANIZED

You must also prepare yourself in addition to your tools. Before you begin, double-check who will be eating your dinner. You should be physically well and have taken a bathroom break. In addition, you should be emotionally and mentally prepared for the task.

BE ON-TIME

If your clients have arrived, you should begin working right away. Especially if your schedule is completely occupied and you can't afford to waste any time.

TURN OFF MOBILE PHONES

This applies to both the clients and the lash artist, who should turn off all of their phones. Outside noise will be reduced as a result.

CHIT-CHAT

I understand how tempting it is to catch up with your client and form bonds, but we have a job to complete. Return to work after a brief conversation. The key is to stay focused! You can nicely inform your client that you must begin making her gorgeous.

SET UP A COMPANION

This should be part of your policy; we can't invite any more individuals, no matter how much we want to. We wish to keep the area's welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

It will be really upsetting to have children and others checking on our job and disrupting our client. This will cause a delay and have a significant influence on our timeline.

We also want to maintain cleanliness in our area so we don’t allow people having a potluck lunch at our salon. This will cause another delay as we need to make sure the area will be clean for the next scheduled client.
